How it works
Choose dishes from the delivery menu, fill in your address, phone and payment method, then tap the button that opens WhatsApp with your order pre-written. Send the message; the restaurant confirms the order in the chat with the estimated delivery time. If you do not have WhatsApp, call +40 729 038 037 and quote the order number shown on the site.
Area, hours, fees and minimum
The delivery area, delivery hours, delivery fee, packaging fee (if any) and minimum order are shown on the delivery page and in the order summary. The restaurant checks the address at confirmation; for addresses outside the area we offer pickup or let you know we cannot deliver.
Payment
Cash or card (POS) on delivery, according to the options shown at checkout.
Packaging and allergens
Dishes are packed for transport. Not every restaurant dish is available for delivery. Each dish's allergens are shown in the menu; for severe allergies contact us before ordering.
Cancellation and problems
You may cancel free of charge until the order is confirmed, in the same WhatsApp conversation or by phone. For missing or non-conforming items, tell us on receipt, quoting the order number.
